Return Conditions
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible
Refund Method & Timeline
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Return Shipping Cost
• If the item is incorrect or damaged, Rivella Couture will pay the return shipping cost
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
